Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a developing clinic and share in its growth. You will mentor staff, build relationships, and shape culture while delivering high-quality patient care.

This role offers equity partnership with involvement in clinic location decisions and strategic direction. You will have support from Ivy Rehab in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, IT, RCM, and more as you grow the clinic.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinic operations, culture, and patient experience.
• Mentor clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on growth, marketing, and compliance.
