Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a growing clinic and become an equity partner. You will influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with Ivy Rehab for marketing, HR, and IT support.

The role requires a DPT, current or eligible state license, and 3+ years in healthcare, with outpatient orthopedic exposure preferred. Leadership and mentoring are highly valued.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations as Clinic Director and equity partner.
• Mentor and develop staff while building a positive team culture.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience with strategic input.
• Collaborate with Ivy Rehab to leverage Marketing, HR, and IT support.
• Grow the clinic and community relationships to deliver exceptional care.
