Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a team, mentor clinicians, and shape a new clinic culture. This role offers an equity partnership opportunity with input on location and patient experience, supported by a national network and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT with 3+ years in healthcare, outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, and a passion for developing others.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
