Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a dynamic team and become an Equity Partner, shaping a clinic from the ground up in Pennsylvania. You will influence location strategy, culture, team development, and patient experience while receiving comprehensive support across marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
