Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director who will lead a team that genuinely cares for patients and colleagues. This role offers an Equity Partner path and a voice in clinic location, culture, and patient experience as the clinic grows from the ground up.

You will mentor staff, build relationships with the community, and help shape a positive environment while ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes. This is a leadership opportunity within a expanding network.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic team and foster a positive, collaborative culture for both staff and patients.
• Mentor clinicians and contribute to clinic growth and development.
• Build relationships with the local community and patient population to support patient outcomes.
• Oversee patient experience, quality of care, and clinic operations.
