Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high‑quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and develop professional growth within the clinic.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience as an Equity Partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and operations support.
