Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
