Job summary

Ivy Health Inc in Delaware seeks a Clinic Director who will lead a growing clinic as an Equity Partner, shaping culture, team development, and patient experience. You'll collaborate with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM to build a high-performing practice and deliver exceptional care, with a voice in location decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed Physical Therapist committed to mentoring others and building community relationships while growing the

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the practice state.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting, preferably outpatient orthopedic.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic and build community relationships.
