Formación

• DPT required from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in PA (or state of practice).
• 3+ years in healthcare; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

• Lead and mentor clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Act as Equity Partner shaping clinic location, culture and patient experience.
• Collaborate with leaders for marketing, HR, recruitment, and compliance to support growth.
