Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and culture as Clinic Director.
• Partner as Equity Partner to shape clinic location, team development, and patient experience.
• Provide mentorship and development for clinicians and staff.
• Collaborate with a national network for marketing, HR, compliance, IT, and RCM.
