Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst, preferably in a clinic setting.
• State license as required.
• Ability to manage intakes for new patients and support teammates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial health of the clinic.
• Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions.
• Build relationships with teammates and families.
