Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health in McAdenville, NC seeks a Clinic Director to guide clinical operations and coach clinicians. You will oversee daily clinic functions, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and champion the adoption of evidence-based ABA practices to deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, program development, staff training, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Strong leadership and supervision of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Experience in ABA program development and data-based decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage clinic operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor clinicians and oversee daily clinic operations.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and ensure high quality care.
• Develop and refine clinical programming in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Coordinate intake, scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational values.
• Oversee growth of clinic including community-based services.
