Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Clinical Director / BCBA to lead our clinical team, supervise BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs, and uphold high ethical ABA standards.

This full-time role offers opportunities to influence clinical quality, mentor staff, support growth, and work with regional leadership, with relocation assistance available and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• Must meet all applicable North Carolina requirements to provide and supervise ABA services.
• Significant clinical experience providing ABA services.
• Experience working with children with autism strongly preferred.
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team with accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
• Provide supervision and professional development to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs as appropriate.
• Oversee clinical quality, treatment integrity, client progress, and ethical standards.
• Support assessments, treatment planning, and complex case decisions.
• Review data and documentation to ensure effective, individualized services.
• Partner with Regional Clinical Director on performance, staffing, and service delivery.
• Onboard and develop clinical team members; promote accurate documentation.
• Identify barriers to client care and staff performance; address operational needs.
• Maintain caseload and productivity aligned with clinical and operational needs.
• Ensure services comply with BACB standards and payer requirements.
