Kind Behavioral Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to lead clinical operations in the South Charlotte region. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day clinic activities, staff supervision, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive outcomes for children with autism.

You will engage in supervision, staff development, and data-driven improvements, while partnering with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics.
• In good standing on BCBA metrics including Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends, POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, and RBT Supervision Rates.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in clinic operations.
• Support community building within the clinic.
• Conducting interviews for new staff.
• Participating in outreach events.
• Review operational dashboards with Clinic Director to identify opportunities.
• Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings.
• Attend weekly caseload planning meetings.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision with BCBAs and Clinic Directors.
• Lead RBT performance conversations.
• Develop skills to advance to Associate Clinic Director Level 2.
