Qualifications

• Experience working with children with Autism is a must.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service and quality initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff scheduling.
• Provide ongoing training and support for staff.

Skills

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Experience with children ages 1-4

3+ years of BCBA experience
