Job summary

Confluent Health in Seattle, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions. You will develop individualized care plans, employ manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and document progress to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, productivity bonuses up to $8,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

Qualifications

• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Must hold Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and updating the plan of care as needed.

About

Compensation: $85K - $103K/YR + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $15K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
