Vesta, Inc. is expanding its outpatient mental health services in Maryland and seeking a Clinic Coordinator II for our Silver Spring and Lanham locations. The role supports medical and psychiatric treatment coordination, ensuring high-quality care for clients.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a flexible schedule. Primary duties include appointment coordination, resource linkage, and maintaining patient records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and human services or business management preferred, or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) desirable.

• liaise with pharmacies for prescription refills and corrections.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.

We're currently seeking a passionate Clinic Coordinator II to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring MD and Lanham, MD. As a Clinic Coordinator II, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the medical and psychiatric treatment of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health and human services or business management (preferred) or relevant experience
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
• Prior experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule client appointments
• Seek and link clients with external resources as needed
• Liaise with pharmacies for prescription refills and corrections
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records
• Answer phone calls and triage clients efficiently
• Monitor waiting room and ensure timely client care

This is a Full-Time hourly position with a flexible schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 hours each day, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm; with some flexibility
• Location: Silver Spring, MD and Lanham, MD - The days will flex

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $24.48/hour - $27.42/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime.

Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.

PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).

Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.

Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).

Company-Paid Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D. All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
