Vesta, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Coordinator II for our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic serving Silver Spring MD and Lanham MD.

The role focuses on coordinating patient care, scheduling, documentation, and liaison with pharmacies to ensure timely treatment and accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a health/human services background, familiarity with psychiatric medications, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and human services or business management (preferred) or relevant experience
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
• Prior experience with Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) is desirable

• Seek and link clients with external resources as needed
• Maintain documentation in electronic prescription system
• Liaise with pharmacies for prescription refills and corrections

We're currently seeking a passionate Clinic Coordinator II to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring MD and Lanham, MD. As a Clinic Coordinator II, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the medical and psychiatric treatment of our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

This is a Full-Time hourly position with a flexible schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 hours each day, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm; with some flexibility
• Location: Silver Spring, MD and Lanham, MD - The days will flex

Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $24.48/hour - $27.42/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime.
• Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance) and paid training.
• PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date and hours worked).
• Holidays: Full-Time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year, with overtime if required to work. Part-Time employees are eligible for overtime if required to work on holidays.
• Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
• Health Benefits: Full and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).
• Company-Paid Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D. All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Other Voluntary Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for Short-Term Disability coverage.
