Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a medical or veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Familiarity with filing, records, and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/out at the front desk.
• Schedule rechecks and manage visitor sign-in process.
• Oversee clinic flow and assist with euthanasia paperwork.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Process Daily Estimate Reports (Out Window CSR).
• Assist with daily administrative duties: printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing records, distributing mail, purging charts.
