Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate the clinic unit and mentor staff. You will oversee scheduling and act as liaison to providers, staff, and administration to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• L&D area: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit activities and patient care for a clinic unit.
• Supervise and mentor staff, schedule, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with RN, LPN, and CNA team.
• Act as liaison to internal and external customers and ensure service excellence.
