Tenet Healthcare Abrazo Arrowhead Campus seeks an experienced nurse leader to coordinate a clinic unit, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and drive staffing, orientation, and competency processes. This role develops and implements plans to meet regulatory requirements and mentors staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating with nursing management, and maintaining exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Level II EQ; two years of Level III NICU experience incl. neonatal vent support; ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care per standards; supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs with appropriate resource matching.
• Oversee day-to-day staffing, orientation, and competency development for new hires; coordinate department activities.
• Ensure professional conduct with customers; monitor and improve customer service performance; take corrective actions.
• Assist with staffing decisions and cross-functional collaboration with nursing management and administration.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned.
