Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate unit functions, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate patient care in a collaborative environment. Two years of nursing experience and an active AZ RN license are preferred; ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring certification or planning to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Patient care according to established standards; supervise and delegate to RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Staff development: orientation, mentorship, and competency assessments.
• Customer service and liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
