Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside nursing care within a high-volume acute care setting. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, BLS, ACLS required at time of hire
• BSN preferred (optional)
• 2 years of acute care experience in Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit (preferred)
• PALS, CEN, TNCC certifications (optional)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care aligned with the nursing process and patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Direct patient care, participate in hourly rounding, and supervise healthcare team members.
• Serve as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing staff.
