Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a clinic support assistant in Duluth, MN to help manage daily patient flow, greet and room patients, and document vital signs in the EMR. You will stock exam rooms, handle clerical tasks, and support multiple clinics in the Duluth area.

The role involves assisting providers and staff with administrative duties, scheduling, and no-show follow-ups, as well as supporting virtual visits and patient verification processes.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or patient care experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily patient flow in the clinic setting.
• Greet and room patients.
• Obtain and document vital signs in patient charts.
• Stock and clean exam rooms.
• Order and maintain clinic supplies.
• Assist with clerical duties and scheduling.
• Float to support other clinics in Duluth area as needed.
• Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate patient no-show follow-ups and add-ons approvals.
