Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in seeing patients and recording initial information and medical histories.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; gather vitals and assist with testing as indicated.
• Record information in EMR or paper charts and manage consent and history documents.
• Schedule patients and coordinate with scheduling department; communicate tasks.
• Maintain clinic order and adhere to cleaning and safety protocols.
• Explain treatments and instructions to patients and update provider records as needed.
