Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain accurate patient medical records including demographic, financial and billing data.
• Register and assist the patient to their desired location.
• Answer incoming call requests and schedule patient appointments.
• Work with clinic providers, nursing and staff to provide care and compassionate service.
• Demonstrate strong phone skills and multitasking abilities.
