Qualifications

• Previous scheduling/registration experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Previous computer experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate good communication between customers and staff to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately register and schedule office and procedural appointments.
• Coordinate clerical aspects of the customer’s medical care, including required patient identification.
