Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Tomball, TX. The PCC-I supports clinic growth by executing practice management and patient intake processes, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient operations and align with the Upstream Rehabilitation mission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Organizational detail and deadline adherence; teamwork and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• ProvideCustomer service; create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and enhance patient experience.
• Manage schedules and non-clinical documentation; deposits and insurance reporting.
