  • Perform general administrative and receptionist functions

  • Ensure adherence to divisional and departmental service standards
  • Manage expectations surrounding pre and post patient care
  • Obtain or review patient demographic information, insurance information, and referral numbers
  • Review clinical records for completeness, including authorizations, signatures, missing data, and other patient information
  • Triage incoming calls, respond to questions, direct calls, and document messages in appropriate software

  • Perform general administrative and receptionist functions

  • Answer incoming calls and efficiently manage patients

  • Greet visitors and callers, handle inquiries, and direct them to appropriate employees

  • Work cooperatively with fellow employees to solve problems and improve practice workflow

  • Provide coverage for coworkers as assigned or needed

  • Develop and promote effective communication methods with physicians, managers, peers, trainees, and staff

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information

  • Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets
