Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking BCaBA/BCBA-level clinicians to provide clinic-based behavior analytic services to children and teens with autism. You will design and supervise individualized treatment plans, coach Registered Behavior Technicians, and train families for home and community implementation.

Qualifications

• Active BACB certification (BCBA/BCBA-D/BCaBA).
• Active Indiana LBA license from IPLA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop ITPs and BIPs based on assessments.
• Ensure treatment plan fidelity by supervision of staff.
• Meet with families for caregiver training.
• Maintain client records and progress documentation.
• Prepare client reports for families and external agencies.
