Job summary

Behavioral Framework is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in North Carolina. You will supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians while developing individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB guidelines compliance.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to support children in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide progress.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance.
