Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our clinic-based team focused on delivering life-changing care for children with autism. The role emphasizes supervision, assessments, and parent training within a collaborative clinic culture.

You will mentor Behavior Technicians, develop individualized plans using VB-MAPP, ABLLS and AFLS, and analyze data to improve outcomes, while upholding ethical and culturally responsive practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and adhere to BACB guidelines.
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and data-driven treatment decisions.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance to families.
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment.
• Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice.
