Behavioral Innovations in Cedar Park is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth are provided, with hours that fit full-time or partial schedules.

Roles include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting communication and social skills. The center operates weekdays with some Saturdays and offers a growth trajectory through RBT levels to

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfully pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
