Zusammenfassung

Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path are provided. Centers operate 8am–6pm, with full-time preferred and part-time options.

We offer structured pay scales from entry level through Senior RBT, plus opportunities for advancement to BCBA and clinical leadership within BI.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
