Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path with growth opportunities.

Shifts run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hours/week, varying by center.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
