Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear growth path. Roles include 1:1 therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA in a center setting.

Openings cover standard hours 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday half-days. Competitive hourly progression from $15 to $21+ per hour, plus a generous sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
