Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth in a supportive, family-like environment.

Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires 25+ hrs/week and availability within these hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
