Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Shifts run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week. Growth path includes BCBA leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)
• Background check including child abuse registry and drug screening is required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
