Job summary

Behavioral Innovations (BI) is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with full-time preferred. Paid training and RBT certification support are provided.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and be willing to obtain RBT certification. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Must complete and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
