Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Longmont Treatment Center is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Training is provided, with BCBA supervision and clear paths for career growth.

Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday with some half-day Saturdays. Full-time is preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
