Behavioral Innovations – Woodlands Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Shifts run 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with full-time preferred and part-time options requiring 25+ hours/week. Growth paths include ABA Intern, Lead RBT, BCBA, and Clinical Leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must pass a background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
