Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week. Training levels range from Entry Level to Senior RBT with increasing pay.

Formación

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI)
• Must complete and pass a background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
