Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time availability with 25 hrs/week minimum. Salary progression follows your RBT certification level, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA and leadership roles as you gain

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days if not certified.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (BI provides).
• Must complete and pass a background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
