Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry‑Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Center operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half‑days on Saturdays.

Full‑time preferred; part‑time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week. Roles involve data collection, supervision, and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening as a condition of employment.
• Active RBT certification (preferred).
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
