Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is hiring a Patient Care Representative for the Family Care North Pointe B site in Saint Joseph, MO. The role supports patient flow, gathers information, and performs front desk duties to assist providers and nursing staff on-site.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, documenting responses, coordinating appointments, and assisting with basic clinical tasks as needed. On-site work with a patient-first team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• CNA or CMA training preferred.
• Experience in physician's office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with data entry, customer service, collections and medical records preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patient to exam room.
• Interviews patient and documents responses in medical records.
• Maintains examination room and equipment.
• May assist provider during physical examinations and certain procedures.
• Performs EKGs, specimen collection and point-of-care testing with appropriate training.
