Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Killeen, TX, is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes high clinical quality, small caseloads, and collaboration with families.

Requirements include a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, Texas licensure, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, with no evenings or weekends and some work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Write behavior intervention plans for targets and reduction.
• Update treatment plans per best practice and insurance guidelines.
• Maintain data collection systems and supervise data collection.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Report patient progress and oversee discharge planning.
• Conduct parent trainings monthly and as needed.
• Attend department and staff meetings; maintain BCBA CE credits.
