Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas seeks a boarded BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will supervise treatment implementation, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior programs in collaboration with families and the care team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, BCBA certification, and Texas licensure, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience working with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure fidelity of protocols.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Conduct functional assessments and write behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain and document progress toward treatment goals and discharge plans.
• Provide monthly parent/caregiver trainings and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
