Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks a BCBA to deliver clinic-based ABA services, supervise treatment, and develop individual patient plans in a team setting. You will conduct assessments, write intervention plans, and provide parent trainings regularly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Board certification (BCBA) and in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct assessments and parent questionnaires; write behavior plans.
