Behavioral Health and Developmental Services of Strafford County, Inc. is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead collaborative interventions for children and families in a clinic setting, bridging home, school, and community supports.

The role requires a master's degree and BCBA certification with experience in early childhood and autism. A driver’s license is needed to support occasional home visits and community outreach.

Qualificações

• Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Current BCBA certification with experience in early childhood, autism and individuals with special needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
• Must be a team player with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with children and families to design personalized interventions across home, school, and community settings.
• Conduct meaningful functional assessments to inform interventions.
• Mentor Autism Technicians and support clinic team in service delivery.
