Job summary

KidsTLC's Trellis Center in the Kansas City area is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time, clinic-based basis. The role emphasizes ethical service delivery, collaborative care, and data-driven ABA practices; no travel required.

You will provide assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work with a multidisciplinary team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 signing bonus to welcome new BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and ABA instructional methods.
• Ability to design relative treatment plans and programming.
• Competent in data collection and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans aligned with results.
• Oversee data-driven programming and progress toward goals.
• Lead meetings, training and professional development for staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and supervisees.
• Maintain records and notes; ensure ethical service delivery.
• Offer 1:1 client support; no travel; clinic-based.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
